a)      Consider that you are hired in a book house where the job involves writing a comic book for children which require thinking, decision making and much more efforts to perform such duties.

Keeping in mind the cognition modes, what do you think that the above scenario falls in which cognition mode? Explain. 

(Note: Write your answer just in 2 lines)                                                       (5 Marks)

Answer:

The above scenario falls in the reflective cognition because according to the scenario job involves writing a comic book for children which require thinking, decision making and much more efforts and thinking, decision making and comparing falls in the reflective cognition.so the scenario falls in the reflective scenario.

b)     Let us say that Mr. Shahzaib is reading a book in a library where he used to read by taking less mental stress. During the reading, he wants to change the page which is done automatically and effortlessly.

Keeping in mind the cognition modes, what do you think that the above scenario falls in which cognition mode? Explain.

Answer:

The above scenario falls in the experiential cognition because according to the scenario during the reading, Mr. Shahzaib wants to change the page which is done automatically and effortlessly and in experiential cognition we perceive act and react to events effectively and effortlessly so this scenario falls in the experiential cognition.

As you learn, colors are divided into three categories i.e. primary colors, secondary colors and tertiary colors. There are different colors in column A in the below mentioned table. You are required to write the appropriate color category against each color in the column B.

There are two figures in the below mentioned table. Identify which one is an example of good design and which one is an example of bad design? Explain.

Answer:

Figure 1

Figure is an example of good design because it contains an option of forget password which is very important option. When a user forgets his login password, he needed to restore his password and make use the password to login again. So, the figure 1 is of the good design.

 

Figure 2

      Figure 2 is an example of bad design because here the option of forget password is missing. This option plays an important role for the user if the user forgets his password and try to recover it. As in figure 2 there is no option of forget password so this option makes this figure example of bad design.
