question, we have to choose the best device for the company in terms of cost and
efficiency to work. So, I will prefer SSDs. There are following some
differences.
Hard Disk Drive (HDDs):
· HDDs are legacy storage technology that
use spinning disks to read/write data.

HDDs are priced lower than SSDs.
·
HDDs speed slower than SSDs.
·
HDDs highest capacity range from 40GB to
12TB.
·
It uses more energy.
·
HDDs are good for storing lots of large
files.
Solid State Drive (SSDs):
·
SSDs are incredibly faster, lighter, and
more power efficient than HDDs.
·
SSD prices are dropping.
·
SSD highest capacity range from 160GB to 4TB.
·
It uses less energy.
·
SSD technology is used to read/write
easily.
