Scenario:

Pakistan has been facing air pollution for long. The air quality has been deteriorating daily, causing severe health hazards for the country's citizens. According to the Air Quality Life Index (AQLI), Pakistan ranks 4th most polluted country among 252 world countries. Lahore is among Pakistan's few most polluted cities, with the worst air quality in the last few years. Smog has been observed in Lahore during October and November every year, which causes severe lung infections and allergies. Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has declared smog a calamity in 2023, and the Government of Punjab has declared an emergency to combat the smog crisis. The Government of Punjab has announced various steps like wearing face masks in schools, a crackdown against smoke- emitting vehicles and factories, sprinkling regular water on debris and construction places, and anti- smog spray for tacking smog crisis.
