GDB Question:

An organization prides itself on having a multifaceted and diverse workforce.  Amna is always eager to try new approaches to problem-solving, and she frequently suggests innovative ideas during team meetings, however she lacks long-term focus.  Azhar is highly organized, plans his work meticulously, and is known for always meeting project deadlines but worries about other people’s dedication.  Faisal is considered as moody.  But most people agree that he is usually outgoing and energetic. He enjoys socializing with colleagues and often takes the initiative to lead group activities.  Huma is quiet and generally likes to stay in the background.  However, teammates say she is compassionate and empathetic. She is also always willing to help her teammates and strives to maintain a harmonious work environment.  Awais tends to be anxious and worries about work-related issues even in situations where there is no apparent reason for concern.  

Question:

Identify the corresponding personality traits of the five team members, based on the Big Five Personality Model.
