Verses, the Surahs of the Holy Quran are usually divided into four categories.

There are four Categories
of Surahs.
1.
Sab’aTuwal:
These
are consisting of seven long Surahs. i.e, Al-Baqarah, Al-Imran, An-NIsa,
Al-Maida, Al-Anaam, Al-Aaraf, Al- Anfal
2.
Al-Maun:
These
contain less or more a hundred verses.
3.
Masani:
Surahs
whose Verses are less than one hundred.
4.
Al-Mufassal:
They
contain the boundary between two Surahs.
